This house has views of the ocean from most rooms, including the deck, living room and kitchen. It is hidden behind a wall of tropical bamboo and off the street. The interiors are clean, modern and comfortable.

This tranquil retreat is just 2.5 blocks to the beach and famous Sunset Cliffs Nature Park. Guests here will stay within walking distance of California's most beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants and prime surf spots. We will be at your service to help you enjoy your stay.

This contemporary spa-like home boasts: an outdoor shower, hardwood floors, high ceilings, stone bathroom, glass showers, chef inspired kitchen and large pantry. Indoor and outdoor living spaces seamlessly connect to create a peaceful Zen-like environment idea for entertaining guests, or to kickback in solitude and enjoy a bottle of your favorite wine.

Ocean views from the deck, living room, kitchen and two of the three bedrooms. This house is very kid friendly with durable kitchen items, toys, 2 pack and plays, co-sleeper for bedside feedings, children's books, games, body boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, DVDs and much more. Stainless Steel appliances and an open kitchen allows you to cook while entertaining so you are not separated from others.

There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths. The Master bedroom has an ocean view and 3 French doors that open onto the deck. California King Sterns and Foster Mattress and walk in closet. Large flat screen TV, beautiful lighting with dimmers, ceiling fan and attached bath with stone shower.

The 2nd bedroom is sound proofed for those with sensitive sleep cycles. Full on full bunk bed with twin trundle. Lots of closet space and great ceiling fan. Sleeps 3 adults or 5 kids.

The 3rd bedroom has lots of light, view of ocean, ceiling fan, closet, attached bath with deep tub. A queen bed and twin. Sleep 2-3 .

The 4th room is a sleeping nook, not a true bedroom, but it has a queen bed and clothing rack and shelves but no closet. This room is sound proofed and great for light sleepers. There is also a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2.

The home is walking distance to either the secluded beaches of Sunset Cliffs Nature Park or the large ever popular Ocean Beach. The community of Ocean Beach offers several restaurants, bars, Wednesday farmers market, clothing shops, surf shops with surf lessons, organic food store, trendy sushi/tapas place, wine bars and shops, and antique stores.

The home is just 2.5 blocks from secluded Bermuda Beach, Sunset Cliffs and the quaint seaside town of Ocean Beach, all offer some of southern California's best surf spots and a walkers delight. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that has an espresso bar, liquor and wine convenience store, pizza shop, gas station, salons, and casual health conscious beach cafe serving smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all within 2 blocks. Stroll down to the natural footpath found along the waters edge that will take you to tide pools full of sea life, the OB Pier, and the sandy shores of Ocean Beach all within 10 minutes by foot. Along main street of Ocean Beach called Newport Ave you will find surf shops, massage parlors, nail salons, clothing boutiques, organic food restaurants, juice bars, burger joints, and a lively pub and dance music scene. There is truly something for everyone! If you decide to leave the town of Ocean Beach, there are plenty of exciting attractions within minutes. SeaWorld (5 minutes) and the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park Museums and Little Italy is about 15 minutes away. Mission Beach Roller Coaster at Belmont Park is about 10 minutes away and a must see if traveling with kids. 

The neighborhood over the hill of Point Loma offers several marinas, Kellogg's Beach (a beach along the bay that is great for small children), wine bars, live music at Humphreys by the Bay, and restaurants with views of sailboats sailing across the water for the nautically inclined.
