Delightful cottage with beautiful ocean view, everything you need for a vacation getaway. Cottage was immaculately clean with all the appliances & toys for a holiday at the beach. Bluewater quick to respond- I Pulled Wi-Fi plug out without knowing! Look forward to my next day at Bluewater property holiday.

What in incredible property! We were at Villa on the Bay this past weekend for a bachelorette party and the house was above and beyond a dream! The house was very spacious, the decor was sleek and elegant, everything was clean, and the view and location were beyond belief! We would recommend this to any family member or friend in a heart beat!

Steve, Banesa, Cyril and Natalia were all wonderfully helpful and quick to respond to questions. The location (2999 Ocean Front Walk #5) was fantastic. Listening to the waves crash and feeling the ocean breeze was heaven at night. In the time during our stay, there was a surf competition, skateboard competition and festival, and a concert that all took place right by the condo and was great to experience but didn’t stay too loud too late at night. We also loved Belmont Amusement Park which is just a short walking distance up the boardwalk. Plenty of coffee and breakfast burrito options within walking distance as well and a bus to take you to SeaWorld and Gaslamp if needed. We are grateful to have found such a perfect spot for vacation!

The Bluewater team did a spectacular job in arranging the reservation and then following up with anything that was needed. The property itself was also incredible with a swimming pool (unusual at Mission Beach area) which got plenty of usage. There was also an outdoor kitchen great for entertaining. The property was clean and well-maintained.

3275 Ocean Front Walk, #1. Excellent communication. Very attentive. Property is sparkling clean. Nice towels, great linens, wonderful bed. Bathroom and kitchen necessities stocked.

It was a great location and spacious home for our family. We were able to bbq and cook few meals while there. Walked to beach, loved having parking, and child friendly space. The casita was also ideal for my sons small family. Only complaint was flies in backyard, we moved the cans away and sprayed. It could’ve also been high humidity with heat wave. AC worked great!

Very nicely appointed, roomy home right on the water in La Jolla, with no roads or pathways between the property and the ocean. Rated 4 out of 5 for the following reasons: hot water tap in left sink in upstairs bedroom with jacuzzi didn't work; cold water tap dribbled; in same bedroom, door to toilet did not close; shower/tub drain in bathroom of other upstairs bedroom was badly clogged; TV in downstairs bedroom had no access to any TV channels or apps; insufficient supply of bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Our stay at this property was amazing ! There were 10 of us and we all fit comfortably ! The house was clean when we arrived and many kitchen and beach items which was great ! The backyard beach for kids is perfect ! Few min walk to the ocean . I would stay here again in a heartbeat !

Amazing and pristine property. We were a family of 10, and felt so comfortable in this lovely, spacious house. There are lots of private spaces to enjoy. The location is quiet but very close to the beach. BW is responsive, professional, and friendly. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Del Mar Haven was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful and the backyard with the pool, spa and firepit is such a great place to spend time! The location is ideal - the beach, great restaurants and shops, the Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack, all minutes away! We will definitely be requesting this property again.
