Liquid Blue One is a contemporary oceanfront Mission Beach vacation rental situated right on the Mission Beach boardwalk. This ground level beach condo features 32-foot retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area bringing the beach and ocean right into the home! San Diego has some of the best weather in the world and this home offers a fantastic indoor/outdoor experience. You`ll feel like your right on the sand!

The condo’s location and disappearing wall of windows allows unobstructed views and of all the action on the beach and boardwalk. The modern design, custom features and glass walls make this home really something special. Everyone walking along the boardwalk will wish they were staying there with you!

This beach rental features high-end luxury finishes and amenities including an open concept kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf oven, granite counters throughout, a breakfast bar, imported stone flooring, full window blinds, polished stainless steel door frames and railings, and an outdoor oceanfront patio. The well-thought-out floor plan maximizes the small space to also include a dining nook and a living area with sofa seating and a flat-screen TV and fireplace.

Outside on the beach level is a private beachside patio along with a common area with gas BBQ grills and a dining table and chairs.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is located in Mission Beach near Belmont Park on the oceanfront Boardwalk. This is a very popular area especially in the summer and you can walk or bike just about everywhere. The home is very close to Belmont Amusement Park with The Plunge fitness and indoor pool, beach shops, oceanfront dining, and more. This is a very busy area with a lot going on so there will be noise and activity near the home. There is one dedicated parking space. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, so most guests will walk

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out: 10:00 AM. In order to properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs.

This home is in a residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Because of past problems with disrespectful guests, disturbances are not tolerated and will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your understanding.
