This home is in a residential neighborhood with other homes in close proximity. Because of past problems with disrespectful guests, disturbances are not tolerated and will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your understanding.

This condo exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful place for a family gathering. Location is good. Enjoyed having both a patio with a fire pit and balcony with a gas grill. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent the majority of time there when we weren’t at the beach, sleeping or making meals.

Did not want to leave!

The house is amazing - everything you need to enjoy staying in and enjoying views and just one house from the bay and one block from Mission Blvd. Walking distance to Belmont Park and other water sports rental locations. Parking is tricky but manageable - backing in is the trick. The garage is best suited for smaller cars since it is narrow and has over-hanging bikes so probably not ideal for tall SUVs. Did not want to leave - it really was a great find and an awesome stay.

We had an amazing time staying here. Can’t get a better location. We spent our mornings walking the dog on the boardwalk, afternoons swimming at the beach, and our evenings drinking wine next to the fire. We would stay here again! Stairs are a good workout and only skilled drivers should attempt to get into the parking spots. But, neither were an issue for us.

We\'d definitely rent this house again

We had a great time visiting this house! It\'s in a great location, the beach is just outside the front door and it\'s walkable to many shops and restaurants. Initially we were apprehensive about the house because of it\'s odd layout (we have a toddler so were worried about the stairs) and relatively small shared space without a dining table, but it worked out really well. We ended up picnicking on the floor for meals and bought a baby gate to close off the stairs for our toddler. It was a great week and we\'d definitely rent this house again.

We have been coming to Mission Beach for 6 years and chose a different house each year....but no longer. This house has it all: location, great neighborhood, excellent amenities and the management company was fantastic in their communication. highly recommend!

20 feet to the pathway around mission bay

Great place. Would stay here again. Wonderful house, wonderful location. Getting a car into the garage was not easy. The first time took 10 minutes or so, the. It got easier.
