The home itself is over 6,500 sq’ and features soaring open beam ceilings, Versailles stone flooring, and intricate wrought iron throughout. Two of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are in an attached, yet completely private guest house with its own kitchen and living area, fireplace, and outdoor terrace.

As beautiful as the Villa is inside, the outside is just as magnificent. The estate encompasses over an acre of private grounds with amenities including multiple terraces and lounges, an open-air kitchen and dining area, a swimming pool and spa with a 25’ high water feature, plus a separate hot tub, a putting green that overlooks the ocean. Walk up a wisteria-covered path to another terrace lounge with a fire pit and sweeping views. This level is also equipped with an infrared sauna and a full gym where you can exercise with the La Jolla coastline and the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.

Check-in 4:00 PM. Check-out 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals/late departures during busy periods or turn days. A Bluewater Vacation Homes host will greet you at the home upon arrival and provide a walk-through of the property.

Stunning Home

Excellent communication throughout the process. A team member met us at checkin to walkthrought the home, very nice touch. The home itself is absolutely stunning, we felt comfortable right away and enjoyed all of the indoor/outdoor area. The location was also great - it felt removed from the hustle bustle of the village and beach but only took a few minutes to drive down if we wanted that.
