We were looking for a place for our family of five to stay during the kids\' spring break. We picked this house because of its walkable location, and because the layout and sleeping arrangements looked like a good fit for us.

We were looking for a place for our family of five to stay during the kids\' spring break. We picked this house because of its walkable location, and because the layout and sleeping arrangements looked like a good fit for us. I knew the house was new to a rental program, and wasn\'t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The furniture was mostly new, and comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of dishes, tools, and appliances. The outdoor spaces were quiet and nicely furnished. Everything was in good working order- from the spa, to the grill, to the ice maker. The rental company had sent a brief dossier on the house before check-in, which gave me a good idea of what was pre-stocked at the house, type of coffee pot, etc. Helpful for placing a grocery order to pick up on the way in.
