Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing with a confirmation reply by Bluewater. If you have already or are planning to reserve a home, please note that we no longer offer refunds due to any sickness related reasons, nor travel restrictions. We highly recommend that guests consider Trip Cancellation Insurance (see below).
30+ days prior to check-in: 97% of the rental amount is refunded.
Less than 30 days: 50% refunded.
Less than 15 days: Only the cleaning and damage protection fees are refunded.
There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather, construction, or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. Policies are subject to change—please contact us if you may need to cancel.
Trip Insurance
Trip Disruption and Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance are highly recommended. With CFAR, receive up to a 75% refund up to two days prior to arrival (restrictions apply). See details or email guest services.
