This home is beautiful! Everything in the home is extremely nice. Furniture is all wonderful as well. Note: mattresses are extremely firm. The Views are incredible. You are very close to other homes but it does not take away from the main view. It is so relaxing sitting and talking in the views of the bay and city! Parking is also a breeze. We always had plenty of space to park right in front of the home. Bluewater Vacation Homes was great to work with. I believe this home is very very new so there were a few hiccups but Bluewater Vacation Homes took care of it promptly. We also had a small concern with a “neighbor” who showed up as we were leaving and a service employee was there. He said he was asked by the owner to check in and keep an eye on the home. We contacted Bluewater Vacation Homes and they assured us that is not their practice and we did not have any more encounters with the “neighbor”. Bluewater did a great job and we would rent through Bluewater Vacation Homes again.

Beautiful- clean and modern , perfect for my family….the kids loved the privacy of the downstairs game room and “apartment “ like feel and we loved sitting on the couch looking at the view! Kitchen was spotless and so easy to cook in . Two washer/dryers - wow! Quiet neighborhood was a plus . Will for sure be back!

I can’t describe how wonderful this place was, the views are breathtaking and we did not want to leave our house. It’s the best place I’ve rented in all my years.

I can’t describe how wonderful this place was, the views are breathtaking and we did not want to leave our house. Hot tubbing at night and looking out over the views was amazing. One night we just stayed in turned off all the lights in the house and watched everything that was going on in the bay. It felt like we were looking over Sydnie Harbor in Australia, but it was in the US. We definitely need to reserve this place over the Fourth of July. The furniture was so comfortable everything was thought out down to the finest details. My favorite was eating breakfast on the veranda, and watching all of the warships and sailboats in the bay. All the beds were excellent. We watched NBA playoffs and championship PGA golf on two massive televisions upstairs and downstairs and played pool and foosball. We ended up eating out less than we thought at restaurants because we wanted to do takeout and stay in. It’s the best place I’ve rented in all my years.
