DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Island Court One, a purpose-built vacation rental right in the heart of it all in Mission Beach!

Recently built, this home is nicely upgraded with stone countertops, new bathrooms and stainless-steel appliances. The ground level includes a living area with sofa seating, kitchen and breakfast bar and opens up to a spacious ground-level patio; Perfect for outdoor dining and complete with a gas BBQ and serving bar.

There are 4 sleeping rooms, one on the ground level and 3 on the second level. This home comes with a full-size laundry room and each bedroom has a TV and its own mini-split A/C unit. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels, and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

Located just steps from the beach or bay, this vacation rental is in the perfect location to experience all that Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park, with its roller coaster, arcade, and mini-golf, is just a few-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops, casual restaurants, and pubs to explore in the area.

Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

Family Fun

Greetings, overall we give it a 5.0, with a couple caveats listed below. Location was excellent. One street N of Belmont Park and less than 100 steps from the ocean and 2 minutes from the bay. There are tons of places to eat and drink right around the corner and more if you want to walk 5-10 minutes. Amenities were great. Beds were soft. The split A/C, even though it wasn’t that warm outside, made for a more comfortable, relaxing environment. The kitchen was well stocked, especially if you finally look in the cabinets that the kitchen stools are hiding, duh!! We were concerned about mealtimes and the smaller living area. However, it worked out actually better than expected. Family would either hang in the kitchen area or go outside to sit. BBQ was fine. While the property itself doesn’t supply beach toys, etc., there were plenty of buckets, shovels, boogie boards, etc. If you get cold, you may want to either bring or ask for some blankets. Bluewater was amazing. They responded almost immediately to all our questions and requests. Billing, sending out the info in advance went flawlessly. Parking not so good. This has been mentioned in many posts and Bluewater is very cognizant and includes pics. It’s a beach area and space is limited. We have a Jeep Compass and Honda Pilot. The other renters had two vans. If everyone pulled all the way up as far as possible, you could get in and out, but it was still difficult. If there are other renters above you, you may need to work with them on moving a little. Mostly due to the large commercial garbage bins right behind the driveway. Noise, the restaurants use those bins so the lids get closed a bunch, especially at night and when it is pickup day. If there are renters above, you will hear them on the stairs and moving chairs. We found 2 portable fans and put them in the bedrooms, turned them on medium and it was enough white noise to drain most of it out. All in all, excellent time for family and would definitely rent again.

Access to beaches & Belmont Park - just what we were looking for!

Home was really nice. Outside patio on the neighborhood sidewalk was a great place to gather, eat, and play games. Access to beaches, Belmont Park, etc...just what we were looking for...and Luigi's being next door was a huge plus! Parking was super tight and difficult to find at first. A bit of noise in the mornings because of the location near restaurants. Bluewater staff was super attentive to our needs and responded promptly with kindness and attention. Thanks!

Blue water vacation is an excellent management company; 5 Stars! They did everything right! I liked the 4 bdrms/4 baths, comfortable sleeping spaces, blender, w/d, towels/bedding etc. Excellent set up and service! I loved the proximity to the beach! I was not a fan of the surrounding area. Fun stuff to do, but a little noisier then I hoped [location in the heart of mission beach], parking spot was tight.
