DESCRIPTION

This home is located on the second and 3rd levels to maximize the views while affording some privacy from the lively oceanfront boardwalk in front of the home.

Nicely furnished with everything you need, the home offers invites indoor-outdoor living with sliding glass doors that open onto view decks on each floor. The 2nd level includes an open concept living area, featuring a living room with fireplace and custom built-in flat screen and a fully outfitted kitchen with concrete countertops and stainless appliances. Just off the living area is the oceanfront patio with gas BBQ and bar seating along the railing that offers front-row seats to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. This main living level also has 1 guest room and a bathroom.

Upstairs on the 3rd level, is the beautiful ocean view Primary bedroom and bath, complete with a view deck and lounge seating. This is the perfect place to wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean or toast the sunset each evening over the blue Pacific. This level also includes another guest room with and bath. This home comes with one parking space in an enclosed garage along with a washer and dryer.

The ideal Mission Beach locale is just a stone`s throw to the sand, beach, and bay as well as close proximity to Belmont Park, Mission Bay Park, and a wide variety of shops, eateries, and nightlife. This is Southern California beach living at its finest!

The view and the sound of the ocean just melted away any stress- it was a hard place to leave.

the view was priceless - sunset every night. Beach activity was incredible and even on the rainy days you still could not beat the view. The host was amazing - on point and responsive and the location is ideal. We walked everywhere. We did not have a car so we walked or UBER - which was very practical. I would definitely book here again.

We loved everything about this home, including the location and rental agency. They were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. View was amazing and much better in person. Enjoyed people watching from the deck and restaurants were an easy stroll away. Home felt very clean and was nice to have good quality kitchen supplies. Great stay for families. Incredible property and service!

Wonderful location right on Mission Beach half a block from Belmont Park. The listing was true to the actual experience. Check-in was easy, and Bluewater stayed in constant contact. One note: garage will not accommodate a standard SUV. Perhaps an intermediate one (Honda CR-V, Toyot Rav4) but nothing larger.

The location is great, and the home is lovely and clean! Bluewater vacation homes provides adequate information upfront and follows up throughout the stay. Parking is a bit tight in one space in a shared garage. The home is connected/shared to private home(s), so noise level is understandably strict and limited when outdoors. In conclusion, this is a great/accommodating stay, well-managed and in beautiful location.

Clean, and great location - Wonderful stay!

Unit was great. Just as expected. Clean, and great location. Wonderful stay! Note; that the garage dimensions are wrong. It\'s not 8ft wide and challenging to get a large SUV into. Washing machine and drier are unfortunately located in the garage, so if you have a vehicle parked in there, you wont have access to the laundry.

Views from the top patio are breathtaking!

We had a wonderful experience in the house. The views from the top patio are breathtaking! The home was clean and everything was in working order. We had a small issue with turning on the BBQ and it was only five minutes before someone came to fix it. We will definitely be returning. We enjoyed that the kitchen was well-equipped, the furnishings were clean and comfortable, as was the bedding. Thank you Bluewater!
