Liquid Blue oceanfront is a beautifully designed, contemporary Mission Beach vacation rental situated right on the beach. This one-of-a-kind beach condo features 32-foot retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area bringing the beach and ocean right into your living room! You will experience the incredible feeling of indoor/outdoor living with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego coastline.

The condo’s location on the top floor offers unobstructed views and allows guests to watch all the action on the beach and boardwalk. It also allows for privacy and the ability to leave the doors open and enjoy cool ocean breezes all night. Its modern design with high arched beamed ceilings and glass walls make this home truly a unique experience.

This 2nd-floor oceanfront condo features high-end luxury finishes and amenities including an open concept kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf oven, granite counters throughout, a breakfast bar, imported stone flooring, full window blinds, custom glass doors, polished stainless steel door frames and railings, and an outdoor oceanfront patio. The well thought-out floor plan maximizes space to also include a dining nook and a living area with sofa seating and a flat-screen TV.

Outside on the beach level is a common area with gas BBQ grills and a dining table and chairs. Next to the common area is your very own private patio area with lounge chairs right on the beachfront boardwalk!

Although it wasnt the least expensive, the property was well worth the money and all of the staff treated us like royalty!
Liquid Blue is the epitome of luxurious beach front vacationing! Because the entire front wall is made of movable glass sliders, you dont have to leave the unit to feel like youre outside, enjoying the ocean & beach without having to actually walk on the sand. Although the unit is small, youll have everything you need plus everything inside is modern and gorgeous. It was worth every penny!

Working with Bluewater Vacation homes was a pleasure. We never rented a vacation home before so we really didn't know what to expect. When we found a home we were interested in they were quick to respond and walk us through the process. Going forward they communicated via e-mail every step of the way. We had no problem locating the home or gaining access. They called the first day to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We had a little issue with heating when a cold front came in (February stay) but other than that we couldn't have asked for a better month's stay. We are already talking about working with Bluewater for next years winter get a way.
LOCATION and VIEWS!!!! When you walk into this home you have a full 40 feet of ocean in front of you. You can open the glass wall and its like your outside. If you like watching people this is amazing whether on the boardwalk or beach or in the water. I started every morning with my coffee listening to the ocean and watching the surfers. We liked the 2nd floor because you can see everything with a little more privacy then on the actual boardwalk level.You can walk or ride bikes everywhere. It's a little quieter here than a little further north in Pacific Beach but still a lot of activity. This property is for 5 people and I wouldn't try to put more people in this unit. It's small and compact, perfect for the 2 of us with a few sleepover visits from family. But then were use to a lot of space since were empty nesters. There is privacy with the bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the kitchen area. I over-packed and I don't recommend that, there isn't much storage or closet area, not a negative just something I thought I'd share for future vacationers. We love this property and will try to come back next year.
