DESCRIPTION
Bluewater Surfside Two in Pacific Beach is located on the entire top level of a Mediterranean-style duplex home overlooking the ocean and coastline. With over 2500 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is graced with gorgeous ocean views from both inside and out.

As wonderful as the views are, they can’t compare to the truly spectacular rooftop deck with a 6-person hot tub, outdoor kitchen, dining, and lounging areas. The panoramic ocean and beach views from this unique vantage point are unmatched.

Ascend the staircase and enter the main living area. This inviting, comfortable space is complemented by a sitting area with plenty of seating. The gas fireplace adds an intimate element, and a big-screen TV provides relaxing entertainment after a long day of fun.

The kitchen is fully loaded and features a convenient wine fridge and white-water ocean views. The family chef will enjoy the high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite slab counters and prep island. A dining table for 6 is adjacent to the living room, with seating for an additional 3 at the kitchen island.

The oversized Primary Suite features a sumptuous king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, framing amazing ocean and sunset views. The sitting area comes complete with a full sofa. Open sliding doors and take in the fresh ocean breezes from the ocean-view terrace and watch the surfers at Tourmaline Beach. The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub that sits in front of a fireplace, and large dual vanities and a separate frameless shower complete this spa-like space. Just across from the bathroom is an impressive walk-in closet large enough to accommodate even the most serious over-packer!

Bedroom 2 features a king size bed, Bedroom 3 comes with a queen size bed, and Bedroom 4 has a full size bed, and all bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. There is a hall bathroom with dual sink vanity and tub/shower combo that serves these bedrooms.

In the rear of the home on the ground floor is another outdoor lounge space, with seating, a fire pit and a shade umbrella, all with ocean views.
