Equipped with A/C, this home is very centrally located on the border of La Jolla, and a few minute drive from some of San Diego's best beaches yet far enough away so parking, access, and the noise of the beach neighborhood is never a problem. Downtown San Diego and the Village of La Jolla are just a quick drive. SeaWorld is so close you can see and hear the fireworks every night from the front yard! 3 Bedrooms sleep up to 6 with 2 additional inflatable beds. Sleeps up to 8 maximum.

The place was clean and private. It was ideal for us. Only issue was not being able to use the garage so we needed to park on the street. Plenty of street parking, however.

"the real deal!" You look at a rental. Locations seems to give you what you want. The photos of the house are appealing. Then, the rubber hits the road and you hope that reality is as convincing as the descriptive and the photos. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they are not. The most savvy renter can get caught. But our story is a happy one! The house is a few minutes from the beaches and shopping. The location is elegant in the San Diego hills. Lay out is perfect, spacious, luminous, quiet and elegant, the garden charming and quiet, the Managers cannot do enough for you. Cant wait to go back!

This home is quiet, large and good location however it has some " Great location just of 5 highway. Quiet and large. Good for travellers who need room. Based in what was paid for rental downfall was bed in main bedroom uncomfortable, strange smell present in one of the other rooms, cracked crockery and blunt knives. - Manager Response: Thank you for your feedback. This is an awesome property for a family or several families depending on the number of children. There was a great backyard, a great kitchen and dining area, and it was easily accessible to most parts of San Diego that we wanted to day-trip to. All in all we were very happy and would rent here again! The garage doors opening from the dining room to the backyard created a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space, we loved it. - Jaime B.

This place was the perfect spot for our family to stay whilst we were in San Diego. The photos are absolutely true to what the place is. It is beautifully renovated, and had all the amenities one would want, including the biggest hit with our kids, a waffle maker, with ingredients ready to go.The location is perfect; close to the highway, (essential when Legoland was a must do according to our kids), Seaworld and downtown were an easy 10 minute drive, and the beach 5 minutes. Supermarkets also 5 minutes away. We loved that the living area had a large fully fenced open back yard right off it, where the kids could decompress and run around when we got back from being out all day. We will definitely rent this home again, and will highly recommend it to friends who are travelling to San Diego. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We hope to be back soon. - Vicky H.
