Enter into an enclosed front courtyard with plenty of room for kids (or adults!) to play. The landscaping surrounding the home is lush with beautiful tropical palms, and you'll find lounge chairs and a hammock; you'll feel like you're on vacation from the moment you arrive in your own Zen retreat!

As you walk into the home, you'll feel the warmth and style of a contemporary and nicely furnished home. Features of the main floor include: comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace and flat screen HDTV. Between the living room and kitchen is an open dining area where you can plan your activities and share stories of your favorite San Diego sights.

The gourmet kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher, built in refrigerator, microwave and apron sink, all surrounded by beautiful slab granite counters and offset by clean white hardwood cabinetry. Off the main living area there is a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer. Adjacent is another dining area that can also be used as an office for the busy executive who needs to connect with the office back home. Step up the wide spiral staircase that leads up to master 2 suites with their own bathrooms. The main master suite has a walk in closet, and the bathroom has a steam shower for the ultimate in relaxation!

Outside into the back yard and you'll find a large outdoor dining table, stainless steel gas BBQ and off the patio is a private "Casita" or granny flat that comes with its own bathroom and sleeps 4 guests.

The La Jolla Coastal Retreat is conveniently located in central coastal San Diego. 2 minutes to the Village, Windansea Beach and Marine St. Beach, 8 minutes to La Jolla Shores, 15 minutes to Belmont Park, Mission Beach, and Sea World. 25 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego (gaslamp) and Fashion Valley and the San Diego
