Enter this newly remodeled home and find a cathedral ceiling in the foyer leading to two separate warm and inviting living areas, two dining rooms, a game room, oversize laundry room, full bath and a large open kitchen that overlooks the pool. Upstairs you’ll find 2 master bedrooms, 3 more sleeping rooms, and two outdoor balconies. Each master has its own bath and there is a shared bath with double vanity for the other guest rooms. There are 5 flat screen tv's in the home, and the game room with has Wii video games, foosball table and card table.

Step outside to the huge back yard and you’ll find an outdoor lounge under a lanai, group dining table under a trellis, a conversation fire pit, large built-in BBQ island, seating at the cocktail bar, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a ˝ basketball court, all with a backdrop of lush tropical landscaping, Versailles stone and the blue waters of the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. (The pool area is fenced in, and the pool is heated in the summer and can be heated in the winter for additional fee.)

Centrally located on Mount Soledad in La Jolla, you are less than 2.5 miles to the nearest beach, and 3 miles away from the world class shopping and restaurants in the Village of La Jolla. The home is within minutes of Windansea beach, the one-of-a-kind Torrey Pines State Park and golf course, the fun of Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and Sea World, and the nightlife and action in the Gaslamp District downtown. The only problem is that with everything you need for fun and entertainment at the home, you may never want to leave!
