DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Summer Sea in La Jolla Shores, one of the best places in San Diego to vacation! Sandy beaches, grassy parks, palm trees, and Pacific Ocean views are all here for you to enjoy. Since the home is located just one block from the sand, you don’t even have to bring a picnic lunch or worry about forgetting your sunscreen!

This nicely furnished and well-appointed beach house features ocean views from multiple rooms, a courtyard with outdoor dining, 2 fireplaces, an outdoor living space with a built-in BBQ, an outdoor kitchen, a dining table a hot tub. There's even a fire pit to gather around after a day at the beach! Pretty much everything you need for the perfect San Diego Beach vacation.

The 3rd bedroom is in a detached A-frame guest house just off the outdoor living area and comes with a bathroom, mini kitchen, and loft. It’s great as a family suite and a paradise for kids.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, smart TVs, box fans, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods.

A Kayak tour across the Underwater Ecological Reserve to explore the caves along the cove is not to be missed.

Loved it!

We LOVED this house and were so sad to leave. It was exactly as advertised and even better. Clean, thoughtfully appointed and everything worked well!! The location was a short block to the beach and made it easy to get to and from without hassle with small kids. A nice block of restaurants a few blocks away was also walkable and very convenient. The weather was chilly and rainy for the duration of our stay, so we spent lots of time at the house enjoying the two indoor fireplaces, the deck, hot tub, outdoor TV and pizza oven. Such a cool setup that worked well for two young families traveling for spring break. We would love to return, thank you for a memorable trip in this cool house!!

Just an amazing property

Just an amazing property with a pristine location by Kellogg Park and the ocean. You can hear the waves from the house with the windows open and see amazing sunsets. The courtyard and the back patio make the home feel enormous. I couldn\'t recommend this property more!
