The bay front location also sits directly across the strand from the Pacific Ocean and San Diego's most popular beach boardwalk. The home is right on the border of the beach towns of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach and just across the bay from Sea World San Diego.

The villa was designed and custom-built with luxurious amenities including marble floors, floor to ceiling view windows, gorgeous granite and stainless kitchens, multiple living and dining areas, and plenty of indoor/outdoor living to take advantage of San Diego’s year ‘round mild climate.

A 3-car enclosed garage and 2 tandem outdoor spaces and 2 small spaces in front of the garage doors are also included with this beautiful home so you and your guests have plenty of parking. This Villa includes 3 full service gourmet kitchens with polished granite counter tops and European hardwood cabinetry. All are equipped with top of the line appliances, cookware, and utensils.
